PROFILE
Aircraft Docking System is one of our cores competence, which offer completed solutions of universal stands, customized access solutions including scaffolding and modular docks for a number of utilizations. PT Rekayasa Teknologi Indonesia (RTI) is offering to provide aircraft docking system for various aircraft, narrow and wide body aircraft, on jack or off jack docking system to meet our customer needs. 

Supported by a number of experienced staff who had a good capability to manufacture and customize design according to our client demand, RTI had experience to provide solution for aircraft docking system, based on a number of basic principle: quick docking, easy docking, safe docking, flexible docking and reliable docking.

DOCKING SYSTEM CHARACTER
BASIC DESIGN – 
It is designed for close and accurate position of simple or complex contours of the aircraft allowing maintenance work to be carried out with ease, safely and efficiently.

REDUCE DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT – 
A minimum contact to the aircraft avoiding any damage to the skin of the plane. All edges of working floors are designed respect to aircraft geometry and contour and protected by 80 cm diameter rubber hose.

MODULARITY – 
A docking system consist of a number of moveable dock according to requirement. Each member is supported by high quality castor wheels. Each individual dock can be used as part of docking system or as and indidual, easily handle by mean froklift as well as personal.

MAGNETO TEST BENCH

Magneto Test Bench merupakan alat uji untuk mengetahui kondisi dari pada magneto yang dipasang pada engine reciprocating Lycoming atau yang compatible setelah dilakukan proses perbaikan atau re-kondisi.  Alat ini dipasang pada satu Test Bench dan ditempatkan di atas tools cabinet untuk membantu memudahkan dalam proses pemasangan atau pembongkaran magneto. Spesifikasi Motor Magneto Test Bench Universal IE2 2.2kW (;3HP) three phase 2 pole B14 Face mounting 90L frame AC Induction Motor for 230V or 400V 3 phase supply. Suitable for use with a Variable Frequency Inverter Drive having 1ph or 3ph input and 3ph output. Not permitted for use without an Inverter Drive. Output: 2.2kW (3HP) x 2860rpm at 230V or 400V x 50Hz 3ph. Speed Range from an Inverter Supply: 15:1 Range from 286rpm to 4290rpm for 5Hz to 75Hz, when de-rated at the lower speeds.
